Greetings from Seven Hawks Vineyards and Hawks View Cottages, Lodges, and Suites
We’re starting to prune our vines, preparing for a green explosion of leafy canopies in May, and another harvest four months later. We’re already thinking ahead to spring fertilizing, trellis repairs, and early-season infill planting.
In the winery, we’re tending young wines, and bottling new wines, making ready for our thirsty customers walking into our tasting room this spring and summer, or tomorrow.
We have plenty of wines right now, and we’re open all winter. Why wait? Locally grown wines help make good winter meals great events, and gatherings with special people more memorable.
And remember Valentine’s Day, not that far ahead. Think about stocking up now for your special Valentine’s plans, and make sure those plans include bringing someone special around to our tasting room. Or, start a tradition with a surprise booking into our cottages, lodges, and suites, which of course are also open all winter, and which of course feature complimentary wines from our vineyards.
Did you know? At Seven Hawks our wines are made only from grapes grown in our own large vineyards. That is to say, our wines are 100% estate grown, and estate bottled. Thanks as always for drinking local.
Please remember, we’re open every day and ready to pour your free tasting of our award-winning wines. Forget about winter, taste our wines, and imagine our fields of grapes ripening in warm summer sunlight and soft River breezes; take a bottle or to along home, and spring will arrive before you know it.
